1 | Sr GM / VP – Finance (Reporting, Machine Shop and SPV/Coach) | At least 15 years of experience in leading Finance teams, familiar with Listing Requirements. Audit experience is an added advantage. Able to communicate effectively with Board, Auditors and management in ensuring Governance and compliance. The position reports to CFO. |
2 | GM - Treasury | At least 12 years of experience in Treasury, handling forex for multi-currency transactions, and additionally with experience in tax, cash flow management and funding. The position reports to VP Finance. |
3 | Sr Manager – Finance (Manufacturing) | Finance-manufacturing background, with more than 12 years experience. Have been in a Sr Manager position for at least 5 years. The position reports to VP Finance. |
4 | Sr Manager – Finance (Project) | Have worked in project environment, with more than 12 years experience. Have been in a Sr Manager position for at least 5 years. The position reports to VP Finance. |
5 | Manager – Secretarial | ICSA qualification, with more than 10 years working experience. Familiar with Companies Act, 1965 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements. The position reports to Head of Legal & Secretarial. |
6 | Head of Legal & Secretarial | At least 12 years of experience, preferably have been in practice as well as in corporate as internal legal counsel, leading a team for legal and secretarial functions. Experience in legal, secretarial, governance and risk management. Familiar in the areas of engineering/construction with exposure in cross border transactions. |
7 | Sr Manager – Legal | At least 8 years of experience (and 12 years for the Head). Working experience, preferably have been in practice as well as in corporate as internal legal counsel. Familiar in the areas of engineering/construction with exposure in cross border transactions. |
8 | Sr Executive – Corporate Governance & Assurance | More than 5 years of working experience, with exposure in audit/risk management/insurance. Strong communication skill is essential. |
9 | Executive - HR | Degree holder with 2-5 years experience in HR. Experience in recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations and training will be an advantage. |
10 | HR Assistant | Experience in handling payroll processes is required (Kaizen/SAP or similar systems), with at least 3-5 years experience. |
Machine Shop Group | ||
11 | Manager – Sales (Machine Shop) | Familiar with O&G environment at has more than 8 years working experience. |
12 | Executive – Business Development (Machine Shop) | 3-5 years working experience, especially in similar industry. Able to work independently. Traveling may be required. |
Rail Group | ||
13 | Project Manager / Director | Experience in managing large engineering projects, independently manages project team, subcontractors, suppliers, partners, employer & authorities, and drive execution from planning stage to deliveries, with at least 15 years of experience. Overseas project experience would be an added advantage. |
14 | Sr. Manager – Commercial & Contracts | Experience in handling contracts from tender stage to contract management and monitoring including compliance, claims, variation order, EOT, etc. Degree in engineering / QS / law, with minimum of 10 years working experience. |
15 | Engineer – Pneumatic | Degree in Engineering, familiar with Solidworks design software. Min 3-5years experience in Manufacturing especially in designing air distribution system. |
16 | Engineer – Electrical Design | Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, familiar with E-plan, Solidworks. Min 3years experience in design engineering especially in electrical circuit design. |
17 | Engineer – Propulsion | Degree in Engineering, good understanding in basic propulsion system. Min 3years experience especially in traction equipment and motor application. |
18 | Senior/Engineer - Software | Degree in Computer Science / Software Programming. Min 3 Years exp in computer software programming preferably in Engineering environment. Knowledge in programming of C++, Visual Basic / VBA and SQL. Others preferred are HTML, XML, Flash/Action Script, OS, able to write device drivers in LINUX / UNIX environment. |
19 | Manager & Sr Engineer – Communications Unit (Application/Network/ | Degree in communications engineering / electronics engineering, with more than 5 years experience. Have worked in railway industry or similar background. |
20 | Sr Manager / Manager / Sr Engineers- Signalling (System Engineering / Application) | Degree holder in engineering with 5-10 years experience. Have worked in railway industry or similar background. |
